Burnside Hall
The Burnside Memorial Hall was donated to the parish of Plumtree in 1921 by Mrs Alice Mary Burnside, in memory of her husband, William Elliott Burnside (Lord of the Manors of Plumtree and Tollerton) "...for the general benefit of the inhabitants".
The Hall is available for hire and is an excellent venue for children's parties, weddings, christenings, funerals, meetings, family parties, and other special events. It also provides a venue for regular club meetings (such as those of Keyworth Bridge Club), council meetings and dance classes.

The Hall is centrally heated. The Hall does not have a licence to sell alcohol; this can be obtained by local licensees for special events. However users can consume their own alcoholic drinks in the Hall. Lettings must end at 11:30 pm Monday to Saturday and at 6:00 pm on Sundays |
