The Griffin is for sale

The Griffin pub on Main Road in Plumtree is on the market for offers in excess of £700,000. It is listed as "A prominent public house in a pleasant hamlet". For details see: http://goo.gl/QCiYU9.

Conditional planning permission has been granted by Rushcliffe Borough Council for the outline plans to build two houses on the car park. Details of the plans and the conditions applied can be found by following the link on the Planning Applications page of this website.

Rushcliffe Borough Council have placed a Notice of Intention to Dispose of Asset of Community Value on the door of The Griffin.

Parish Council Meeting

The next meeting of Plumtree Parish Council will be held on Monday 21st March 2016, in the Burnside Memorial Hall, Church Hill, Plumtree. The meeting will start at 7:00 pm.

All village residents are encouraged to attend parish council meetings, where they can raise questions and observations, and suggest items for discussion at a future meeting.

About Plumtree Village
