Plumtree Parish Council meetings are held every other month. Currently, due to Coronavirus, meetings take place online via Zoom and start at 6.45 pm. Any member of the public is welcome to join the meeting – please email the clerk Mike Elliott so he can send you the link for the meeting.
In 2021 parish council meetings will be held on the following Mondays:
- 25th January
- 22nd March
- 24th May (Annual Meetings)
- 26th July
- 27th September
- 22nd November
An agenda is circulated approximately one week before each meeting and is posted on this website and on the Parish Council notice board near the old Post Office.
All village residents are encouraged to attend parish council meetings, to raise questions and observations, and to suggest items for discussion at a future meeting.
Once a year we hold our Annual Parish Meeting. This is a public meeting (i.e. not subject to the constraints of a normal Parish Council Meeting) at which residents may raise any matters that affect the community.
The Annual Parish Council Meeting at which the Parish Council officers (i.e. chair and vice-chair) are elected is held at the start of the May Parish Council Meeting.
