Severn Trent Roadworks

As you will be aware the Trent Barton 'Keyworth' bus is not running through Plumtree whilst the Severn Trent roadworks are taking place, Severn Trent are reimbursing residents the taxi costs to the next bus stop, however we appreciate that some residents have struggled to get a taxi to do such a short journey.
The Parish Council have been liaising with Nottinghamshire County Council and the 853 bus service will continue to run through Plumtree. A revised timetable won't be issued and you should be aware that the service may be delayed by approximately 5 minutes as it will be travelling from Keyworth, up Platt Lane and onto the A606 and then back down Church Hill and onto Main Street before continuing on to Gamston and West Bridgford. Journeys towards Keyworth may run slightly ahead of schedule as they will not be going to Normanton on the Wolds first.
